Unkillable Winamp video window

System config:
Windows XP Eng Professional SP2
Dexpot 1.3
Winamp 5.111

In dexpot there are following rule:
Conditions:
Window title contains Winamp
Actions:
Copy to all desktops

When rule is deactivated, all is ok.
When dexpot with active rule starts after winamp it seems to be ok too.
But when winamp starts after dexpot in Winamp apears window of video, which cannot be cilled anyway.
