Windows changing is broken when outlook is open

Hello,
I prefer to have a permanent access to all open windows in all desktops. My reasoning is simply to avoid opening several instances of the same program.
Till here there is no problem, as Dexpot is having the right feature for this (settings -> Switching Desktops -> Keep all taskbar buttons visible.
Problem is that when I open Outlook 2013 on my windows 8 machine the visible desktop is encored to where outlook is opened.
When I try to move to another desktop I see briefly the requested desktop, but immediately the view returns to the window with outlook.
Is any one familiar with this issue and / or having a solution?
