Hide icons selection changes background

Good evening to everyone - Im running windows 8 - and i have a question - in the section configure desktops -under the tab tools
there is a hide desktop components and I select the desktop icon box my background changes from my picture to a solid color - any ides or help to fix this would greatly appreciated =ty for your time and have a great day

that was the fix I was looking for - ty again
