When starting dexpot or the tools a Visio Pop-up appears

When Dexpot first starts or if I select to make a setting change, a pop-up informing that Microsoft Vision 2010 needs to be configured. Typically I just press cancel and every thing works. I have also just let it run and sometimes it completes and the the Dexpot tool comes up.

it's a broken Microsoft Visio 2010 setup.
Either try to install the common controls, reinstall Vision, or use the following Microsoft Fixit.
