Disable program views, folders and files on 2nd desktop?
When I click the 2nd desktop, programs from the 1st desktop show up on the 2nd view. The thing is, only parts of that program show. Also, there are some program shortcuts that show up as well. I'm new to this program, and going through settings I can't seem to find a solution. I would like a clean desktop in the 2nd view, without any links, programs, or anything from the 1st view.

When an application is always visible on all desktops, it's usually this: [FAQ] Some windows appearing on all desktops on Vista/7/8. If that's not the problem: which program and which parts of that program exactly?
Regarding program shortcuts and other desktop icons, take a look at this, particularly the FAQ section at the bottom of the page: How to place different icons on each desktop.

I'm confused and annoyed. It's just not working for me. I have it set for admin, I right click run as admin, and I see shorts on both desktops and programs as well. I must be doing something wrong here, just what is it?

I forgot, the programs are Rainmeter and Picpick, both portable applications. I've tried changing options in "assign applications" and "desktop windows" - no luck.
