Keep dialog boxes with their programs?

I have a program I run on several desktops. When it hits an error it pops up a modal dialog, which by default ends up hiding under wherever I am at the time (e.g. Chrome). Can I arrange for dialogs always to pop up along with the main windows of the programs that create them?

I think your best option is to upgrade to Dexpot 1.6 Beta and try the new "Application Assignment" feature.
