Newbie question - rules

I have set up a rule to look at the window title and move the window and follow it.

This occurs properly when I launch the program from the windows quick launch bar.

My question - if I move that window to another desktop (on purpose or by accident) does Dexpot scan for window titles during normal use or only at program launch ?

Rules are only applied automatically when a window is first opened. They can however be applied manually at any time, using e.g. hotkeys.
