Quick Switching Problem & Open App Problen

Bug 1: If I launch an application on Desktop 3 and then switch to Desktop 2 before it fully launches, the application opens on Desktop 2 also.

Bug 2: If I click on something that connects with an application open in another desktop it brings that to the current desktop instead of opening a new instance.
Example: I have firefox open on Desktop 2 and I am working in Desktop 5. I then open the Dexpot about screen and click on the website link. Instead of me getting a regular firefox windows with the dexpot page, my firefox from Desktop 2 moves to Desktop 5.

I don't know if the second bug can be fixed but can the first one?

Depends on Firefox's setting 'Open New Windows in a New Tab Instead' and the Dexpot setting in 'Settings/Plugins and Extras/Behaviour of windows on other desktops'.

Example Microsoft Word or Firefox. Both highlight in the taskbar to show they are loading and then disappear for a few seconds and then re-highlight with the program.
