Keep popup windows on their desktop?

Hi, so my issue is that Skype and GTalk are on Desktop 1, while Im on Desktop 2, how do I get Skype/GTalk to not pop up their new mail/message notification messages on Desktop 2?

Try "Assign applications". Assign the two applications to a specific desktop or to "where started" and then restart them. The popups may still appear on Desktop 2, but should automatically be moved back to their desktop.
