Evernote Sync Switching desktop

Evernote Sync is switching the desktop whenever it completes. Is there any solutions for this issue?

Like this? You're on Desktop 1, Evernote is running on Desktop 2, the sync finishes and Dexpot switches to Desktop 2?

Then you either have an entry for Evernote in "Assign applications" with the "Switch to desktop" option set, or the option "Settings > Plugins and Extras > Behavior of windows on other desktops" is set to "Switch to the respective desktop".
