Long start Dexpot 1.6.10

Windows does a certificate revocation check to verify the digital signature of Dexpot64.exe, which apparently takes 20 seconds, probably because of a network timeout. Maybe it's being blocked by a firewall or something?

Strangely, a connection request was not (Comodo Firewall), I disabled the firewall and on the third attempt the program started normally. Big thanks
