Taskbar flickering when cataloguing in full screen

When triggering catalog in fullscreen desktop preview, the taskbar briefly flickers when triggering the catalog again.
Also, the catalog windows often freeze mid-animation, and require re-toggling to fix.

Using Windows 8, 64 bit.

Does this happen only when you have minimized windows on some desktop?

Happens in both situations, with and without minimized windows.

I am unable to reproduce the freeze at the moment with no windows minimized, might be that it only happens when there are windows minimized. The taskbar flicker however happens in both instances.

On a different topic, is there a reason why the windows appear in random order on each expose event when they are all minimized?

Sorry for bumping a relatively old topic. I can definetly confirm that the issues appears when there are windows minimized. Is there a fix available?
