Icons on ...\All Users\desktop folder

hello to all,
I wanted to know if it is correct that the icons on the desktop folder for All Users, and are also present on the 2nd .. 3rd .. 4th ... dexpot desktop.

eg Firefox, filezilla installed for all users.

I have installed windows XP SP3, at the end of the installation of dexpot 1.6.8 B2266 I found all the icons on the desktop 1. On the desktop 2 .. 3 .. 4 only icons \All Users\Desktop.
