Taskbar doesn't stay hidden with fullscreen preview

Hi

I am having a problem with the full screen preview. Normally the taskbar is hidden while the preview is visible, but if I click on the taskbar so that it is the active window, and then open the preview, I can make the taskbar reappear by just moving the mouse to the bottom of the screen. This isn't entirely reproducible, it seems to happen most often if I switch to a empty desktop, click the taskbar, then open the preview. I'd say in actual use I experience this about 70% of the time.

I'm using Windows 8.

Another thing I have noticed concerning using the Mouse Events plugin to launch the fullscreen preview, is that sometimes the corner hot-spot seems to become unregistered, or something, and moving the mouse to the corner will no longer launch the fullscreen preview, until the Mouse Events plugin is disabled and reenabled, when it starts working again. Not sure which plugin this is a problem with.

I have done something to my computer where my start menu and taskbar are hidden how can i disable this? starmenu and taskbar hide when a new window is opened.
