Excel and PowerPoint not opening multiple windows

Hi,

Whenever I try to open multiple Excel and PP docs, I can't get them to open in multiple windows.
I can get Word docs to open in multiple windows.
When I hover over the Excel icon on the task bar I can see multiple instances, just can't open them.

Anybody know how to fix this?

I'm running Win7, Dexpot 1.6.7 Build 2249 and MS Office 2007
