Is there a way to disable virtual desktop or set the desktop number to 1? I can only set it to a minimum of 2.
Why do I want to disable virtual desktop? I don't use this function and because when using Windows catalog preview mode I often drag it by accident while clicking. This will throws the selected window into another virtual desktop.
Disable virtual desktops?

since Dexpot is a virtual desktop manager: Nope.

We'll improve the behavior with one of the next updates.

Open portable.ini and change to DesktopZahl=1 then it will not switch desktops.
I use it only for the Exposé function and wanted to disable the virtual desktop.
You can disable it by modifying the settings-file, mine is portable so I changed in that.

Re: Disable virtual desktops?
Thanks. I don't use portable version so the settings was in the registry.
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Dexpot"
changing DesktopZahl to "1" worked for me
would be nice if the actual dexpot settings offered this ability without doing registry edit.
btw: i tried the new versions with better dragging behavior and i still accidentally move windows.
