Dexpot changes icon layout after restart

As in the subject: I have a problem with dexpot randomizing the icon layout on desktops after restart. I knew about this problem so previously every time when I added or removed icons I was saving a new profile in the settings. That seemed to prevent the problem although was annoying to do. Recently my pc downloaded an update for dexpot. I haven't done any changes to the layout of the desktops so I haven't saved a new profile. After I restarted my pc most (though not all somehow) of my icons got reorganized. I don't think I have to say that this was EXTREMELY AGGRAVATING!!! My question is when will this problem be solved or maybe is there a solution already? I know that dexpot is free so the devs are doing a great job alredy keeping the application alive and updated frequently but such problems are just unacceptable, they make this application completely unreliable. I have to know than when I come back to my work in the morning I won't have to start two steps behind because all my icons got rearranged!
