Title bar action Roll Up does not roll down (missing toggle)

Settings>Controls>Title bars>Action:Roll up, repeating this does not roll the window down, while the window control is of toggle type. There is no alternative action to roll it down either.

It would be nice if it was toggle type as the window control, as this would make it very easy to roll up/down with just shift right click to title bar etc.

Related: Maximize vertically has no possibility to restore the window. This would be nice as a toggle so that one could easily just right click to title bar to toggle vertical maximization.

Now it is problematic if one vertically maximizes a non-resizable window, there is no possibility to size it back after vert max.

The control in the window properties is a toggle. It toggles on/off, ticked/unticked. So one would expect that the configurable title bar Roll Up action would perform similarly.

Just like Always on top. Set it on, set it off with the same choice. That's toggling it

Ok, but isn't that how it already works? First click rolls up, next click rolls back down.

This is about "Settings>Controls>Title bars>Action:Roll up" and no, it doesn't, that's what my first message is all about...

I changed the roll up function from right click to title bar to shift-right click on titlebar and yes it works. But the question is, why? Is there some hidden, permanent functionality to plain right click on title bar? Seems whatever i try to assign for right click on active window title bar, as a result the window always gets rolled up in addition to whatever function i had assigned (for example, maximize horizontally), and this rollup doesn't get undone with another right click.

And yes it would be nice if the maximizes horizontally/vertically were toggles, so that another click would undo them and restore previous window size.
