Can I make a desktop shortcut for 'Desktop Preview'?

I want to create a shortcut for 'Desktop Preview' and place it in my RocketDock... My Keyboard hotkey for the preview is Windows+Up... Is it possible to create a shortcut for that hotkey or is it possible to make a shortcut for the 'Desktop Preview' itself? If you have a solution to the desktop shortcut for the hotkey... PLEASE TELL ME because it would help me A LOT because I also want to make my other program hotkeys (that dont have icons) execute by clicking the icon.

Okay???? That did not help at all... but i appreciate the reply.... I know that there's hotkeys... but can i make those hotkeys icons???? <= thats my question
