cannot install dexpot

I have windows 7. installed dexpot. system locled while rinning an update on 2nd screen. sut system down. first thing i noticed the dexpot icon left the task bar. upon reboot the icon is on desktop but will not execute. there is no icon on task bar. deleted program. upon installing i get message "program is presently installing please exit" program will not install!

Right-click the Dexpot icon in the taskbar notification area (system tray):

Select Settings from the Dexpot main menu. Go to Plugins and Extras and activate the SevenDex plugin.
