Icon problems...

So 2 problems. I have a few desktops, but I'll only ask about one.

1. In my default desktop, the icons keep going off the Align to Grid option.

2. I want all my gaming stuff from my default to my gaming desktop. But when I get the icons on there, and align to grid, all the icons go back to to both desktops and I want to throw my computer out my window its pissing me off. Please help

You can't use the desktop's native "Align to grid" option together with desktop icon customization in the current version. Enable Dexpot's replacement of this feature: Settings -> Switching desktops -> Desktop elements -> Desktop icons -> [x] Align to grid. The icons will be aligned after each desktop switch.
