Dexcube: Screen flashes black when switching desktops

I'm using Dexpot 1.5 on Windows 7 on my laptop, which uses an ATI Mobility Radeon X1300. I use the Dexcube plugin. Whenever I change to another desktop, no matter which transition I use and no matter which desktop I change to, my screen flashes black before transitioning to the next desktop. I'm guessing this is to save a screenshot for future previewing, but it is kind of unpleasant to see. The only way to make the black flashing go away is to not use the Dexcube plugin

Hi,

a screenshot is taken on every desktop switch, regardless of whether Dexcube is running.

Try disabling the multithread option in the Dexcube settings and make sure that your video driver is up to date.

Thanks for the response. My video card drivers are as up to date as possible. I disabled multithreading, which helps a bit. The flash is faster, but it is still very apparent. Can't screenshots be taken without flashing the screen?

As I mentioned above, Dexpot always takes a screenshot. Since the flashing stops when you disable Dexcube, this would indicate that the screenshots are not causing the problem.

Same problem here, although only if I use different wallpapers on the desktops. Black flash from dexcube disappears if all wallpapers are the same. Anyone found a fix yet?
