Dexpot's submenu for console window - ?

Just wondering, why Dexpot's submenu does not appear for console windows?
As an active user of FAR manager (console file manager), HT editor (console hex/pe editor) and so on, I really miss this feature.

appending a sysmenu to console windows only works manually.
Powershell (included since Windows 7) will do fine.
