Can Dexpot hook window title changes?

A lot of Firefox browser windows will start out with "Mozilla Firefox - Whatever" as the title, however, once the tabs load the title will change to the webpage title. I was wondering if there might be a way to apply rules when window title changes. If that's possible, then, for example, as soon as the particular window is recognized as having the title "MyForums.com" or whatever, Dexpot runs its rules against the window again, and it gets moved to the "MyForum" desktop. There could be a simple checkbox in the rules dialog that says "Apply rules on window title changes".

My guess is that this kind of event is probably not hookable by Dexpot, but just thought I'd bring it up.
