Posible to run games into dexpot? vista

I have a little question, is it possible to run games into a dexpot desktop? like counter strike and counter strike source?

I am running on:

Intel Q9450
8 GIG mem
Windows vista 64bits

You can definitely run them, but desktop switching might not work while a game is running full screen.
