Vista Shutdown problem with Dexpot 1.4

Hello,

When I shutdown Vista, it says that Dexpot prevents it to shutdown becuse it is still running. I need to press a confirmation button again to close dexpot and shutdown the computer

Running Vista Home Premium SP1

What can I do to avoid this ?
