Remote Desktop Login Problem

For some reason when I am running Dexpot on my PC I am unable to login using Remote Desktop.
If I close Dexpot I can log in fine no problem.

Any idea why this is?
Is there anything I can do to allow me to use Remote Desktop and Dexpot?

I am running on Windows XP Pro SP2.
