I updated to the 1928 beta code; and have selected dexcontrol in the settings.

But I don't seem to have the abilities listed about this new feature. I cannot left click and drag windows, or zoom into a specific desk top. I get full screen mode, and when I click it just goes to the desktop.

Is there another setting, or action I need to take after enabling dexcontrol to be able to move windows via dragging, etc.

Restarting dexport with dexcontrol enabled or not enabled, and reenabling did not help.

Should aero/themes be enabled? I've tried disabling them and enabling dexcontrol without success also.

I do have "thin" black space betwen my desktops; so think it is not enabling dexcontrol even though I'm selecting it.

Would you like me to enable logging, and start a session and try to enable it again?

Not sure what is confusing it.

also looks like i upgraded from 1858 to 1928; so don't know if that would matter.

The Windows Aero theme must be enabled.

Try this. Enable DexControl in the Settings. Then open the Dexpot plugin folder in Explorer (usually C:\Program Files\Dexpot\plugins) and double-click on DexControl.exe. Does anything happen?

Seems when I installed a personal picture as background; it disabled aero.

I selected an aero theme and then dexcontrol started to work as advertised !!
