Seeing more occurrences of windows blocking input

I've recently been starting some processes that make my laptop work pretty hard. As a result, I think I'm seeing a symptom that is likely specific to Dexpot.

At the point that I started to write this note, I had two windows, MS Outlook (2007) and Eclipse (Indigo) that when I click the mouse on the window, it just beeps at me, as if it thought there was a modal dialog I hadn't dismissed yet. I see no indication of that.

In fact, after I had typed the first line of this note, I was jumped to another desktop because of a modal window appearing (I can't remember from what app). When I got back to my Firefox window, it was also in that same state. I had to kill the process and restart it.

I just now jumped back to the desktop with my Eclipse window, because it hit a breakpoint. That window appears to be ok now, but Outlook still beeps at me.

I'm attaching the last 10000 lines of my log file (the entire file was 95mb at the time).

I just saw this happen again. I had started a long process in Eclipse in one desktop and then moved to another desktop to do something else. After a while something finished in Eclipse, which made Dexpot jump me to that desktop, but when I clicked anywhere in the window, it just beeped at me. I'll have to kill Eclipse and restart it (almost the longest startup of any app I use).

:dex:

Which Dexpot version is this?

By the way, you should clear the log file from time to time. Or disable it when it's not needed.

Latest beta build, 1928.

Acknowledged on the log. It doesn't seem likely to be a problem to have it always on, but I will clear it more often. It might have been convenient to have a "clear log on startup" flag.
