FEATURE: Hyperlink should be opened in the current Desktop

I have 2 desktops. I opened the very first windows of Google Chrome and moved it to desktop 1.

Then I switched to desktop 2 and clicked on a hyperlink in a skype window.

Actual result: the link was opened in the browser in Desktop 1.

Expected result: the link should be opened in the current desktop (number 2).
