Index out of bounds error in assign applications

Using 1.5.99 Build 1805, when I attempt to add an application manually to the list of assigned applications, I get an error message: "Runtime Error '35600': Index out of bounds.

After I click OK on the message box, Dexpot closes and the dialog box for shutting down Windows comes up for a few seconds, then disappears.

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

Does this happen with every application or just that particular one?
