Assign Application

Doesnt work. It doesnt matter what program i assign to whatever desktop. one will launch on the desktop i am at ,at the moment along with one to the desktop i assigned it too. This bug is constent. rebooting doesnt help removing the program from being assigned doesnt help as well.
