Bug with mouse buttons(?)

Postby CWBillow » 03.01.2012 21:15:27

I use the MS Wireless Laser Mouse 6000. I cannot turn off the Dexpot switching by mouse buttons. I do it, but it either just doesn't turn off, or "comes back later."

It would be great to be able to deactivate that feature if desired, and switch desktops by keys instead.

:dex:

There are several features that could be described as "switching by mouse buttons". Could you please clarify which one you're referring to and how you've tried to turn it off?

I have to keep turning off the option to have mouse buttons switch desktops. I want to be able to do it only with keys, not with the mouse. I turn that option off, and it keeps ending up still switching the desktops until I unload Dexpot and then re-load it.

Ok, I figured as much from your first message. It's just that I really don't know which option you're talking about. There is no checkbox anywhere labelled "Have mouse buttons switch desktops".

On the "Mouse Switch" tab of the "Controls" it has an "Activate Mouse Switch" checkbox. That's the one I'm referring to here.
