Smooth transition like Mac?

Hi,

I just got switched to windows from Mac. I read an article about Dexpot on lifehacker then installed it right away. I love all the features it provides, except for the transition.

Is it possible to make all the transitions (desktop to desktop, fullsized preview and etc..) smoother?
