MS Word and new documents

I have got Windows XP pro, Dexpot 1.6 Beta, 2 monitors and virtual pulpit on 1st monitor - 2nd is always the same.
On pulpit 1 I open "new.doc" document. On pulpit 2 I open "me.doc" document. When I close "me.doc" document on pulpit 2 the "new.doc" document appears on pulpit 2 and sometimes the word crashes (there is only an gray window with "WORD" name on upper left corner. MS Office 2003.
