To the dexpot developers: I sincerely hope that, in the development of version 1.5, the team has spent some time on speeding up dexpot. It is painfully slow at switching screens at times, clicking on the preview windows, switching backgrounds, etc. *Please* - this speed issue is *killing* me, and i'm about switch to another virtual desktop manager because of it, albeit unwillingly. thanks for all your work, and for listening!

To countchocula: You could help resolving the speed issues by testing the 1.5 beta.

just tried responding to the beta thread, but it seems to be closed. any other way i can get in on the beta test?

Have you tried setting the priority to "Reatime"? That worked for me. Settings > General > Process Priority > Realtime.

Obviously, this deprioritizes other apps, but if you use dexpot enough (like I do), it's worth the trade-off.
