The developers will not be liable for any damage that might occur due to the use of Dexpot 1.4. Dexpot 1.4 has been checked for viruses, nevertheless the developers don’t give any guarantees that Dexpot 1.4 is virus-free. Therefore you are asked to check Dexpot 1.4 for viruses yourself, or use it at your own risk. This caveat emptor is an essential part of this license. If you do not agree to this, you are not allowed to use Dexpot 1.4

It's a pretty default license agreement. I don't know if it has any legal meaning. It's there to look professional. People get even more suspicious when a software installer does not have them accept a list of mysterious terms and coditions. :wink:
