Wildcards support for Rules

It would be extremely useful to allow wildcards in Rules.
I like to use different instances of the same app (sublime text) that differ from each other by project name on different desktops. The project name shows up in the title bar and it's the only thing that differentiates them. So a rule like would neatly do the job.
