Desktop Name duration and fade in/out duration / Windows

A feature request:
1)
Desktop Name duration in milliseconds. Currently minimum is 1 sec.
2)
The Desktop Name fades in and out.
Is it possible to adjust the time for fading in and out?
I'd like to set the Desktop Name/Number very Big and about 200-500 ms. No fade in/out.
Another feature request:
When a Window is being moved to another desktop by using Full Screen, is it possible to close the full screen preview after the window has been released?
Means: open preview, drag window, drop window - Preview gets closed but does not change the desktop.
