Window Catalog to just ONE monitor..

Using a touch screen Cintiq, I would like to be able to activate Dexpot's Window Catalog mode, but have ALL of my program windows minimized or not, on whatever desktop gathered to my current active monitor. (The Cintiq 22hd touch)
I could then easily drag whatever window I wanted to work with, onto the cintiq, or drag other apps to the 2nd monitor.
Possible?
