Minimize & Maximize windows by mouse wheel on titlebars

Hello. Could you please add this function like in utility 'Preme foe Windows' (http://premeforwindows.com/) in the Dexpot - Minimize & Maximize windows by mouse wheel scrolling on windows titlebars. It works just great on Windows 7, but not on Windows XP (witch I'm currently use). Now, Dexpot support minimize, maximize & close windows only by mouse clicks, but not mouse wheels. I very need this function on Windows XP. Thank you for one of the best software, Dexpot, witch I'v even seen!!! (And sorry for my bad English).
