Hotkey to toggle effect

Hello,
I think it would be a good option having a hotkey to toggle whether or not we want all effect (transparency, plugins such as Dexcube, switching effects...) in case of Microsoft Windows is not responding, whatever the reason.

If CPU usage is too high, and if I have to switch desktop to access a window, I would not like that it bugs when switching desktop.

Also, we can imagine an option in the Dexpot preferences which ask if you want to desactivate all effects, plugings... if CPU is higher then x%.
