Active Full Screen Preview & Better Windows Catalog

I guess what I am looking for is a replicaion of the Mac spaces feature. The full screen preview closely resembles that however it is a little slow and you cannot drag windows from one screen to another.

I use the regular floating preview which I dock and hide at the side of the screen but doing it the mac way would be a lot better. Also sometimes I put my computer on standby Dexpot just disappears and I need to start it again.

Also I know "windows catalog" has funcionality similar to that of the Mac Expose -but it is very coarse. The windows tiles show up slow, and they seem to be confined to some invisible boxes, not really using max screen space. To correct this I am forced to run another program called "Switcher" which isnt anywhere near the Mac Expose quality.

I never thought I'd say this but after being a PC person for 20 years, current Mac software may turn me. It's the little things you know.

That's funny... in the last couple of days we've been working on exactly the points you addressed. E.g, using some of the new features of Vista/Windows 7, the window catalog is now much faster and shows live previews.

Would you like to beta test the new version by any chance? :D

Excellent program - certainly the best so far..

But I will second the view above that it's not quite as good as Spaces (not a criticism as it would be an unfair comparison, but simply a target to aim for?)
Anyway, I would also second the request to try to enable window dragging from one desktop to another in Full-screen preview (if possible)..
Would also be v happy to beta-test any future versions so please add me to the notification list.

Happy and Productive new year to you all

Nikos

Somewhat related to the topic...

It would be nice if there was some way to exclude some programs from the Windows Catalog. Specifically Sidebar gadgets come to mind which show up for every desktop.
