I use different desktops to do different things at a time. For example,
- Desktop 1: I do some programming with the following windows: development enviroment window, help window, web browser window (forums, online source code, tips...)
- Desktop 2: I write a report using several pdf reader windows, the word proccesing program, spreadsheet, image editing program, etc
- Desktop 3: some web page design (quite rustic by the way), it means: different web browsers to test the page, web page design program, image editing program.
- Desktop 4: my relax desktop, music, funny videos, maybe streaming radio, chat
Yes, I know what you're thinking, "this guy has schizophrenia", well... I can't refute there is some truth on that
Now, my intention is each desktop remember all the windows opened on system shutdown (including documents opened in each program). This way I don't need to reopen the same programs with the same documents (I use the term documents, but I wan't to include also web pages, reproduction lists, etc.) everytime I need to restart the system.
Is that possible or its only a delusion?. It will be very helpful for me and my others myself's
Thanks for your time, dexpot is a wonderful job, thanks for doing it.
