When closing WindowXP or disconnect user and dexpot is enabled the temporany file isn't deleted !!!

What temporary file?

for example c:\document and setting\user\temp\"something".tmp
when I manually exit from the program it's deleted, but when the windows shutdown, reboot, etc... no ...
