problem with comctl32.dll

Hi, first I want to say that Dexpot is really a great, great app.
I have a windows xp machine, and use stylexp, and never had problems with dexpot, but lately, every time I want to switch to another desktop, explorer.exe crashes and throws me an application failure event in comctl32.dll. After the first crash, dexpot works nice. Any ideas? Someone has seen anything like this? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hm, I don't think we had that one yet... Could you post a screenshot of the error message?

mmmm, if I boot windows and switch desktops BEFORE opening any other app, this error doesn't happen anymore, so this error may be related to some app. I'll try to isolate this and post what is the conflicting app.
I'll try to get screenshots when explorer.exe crashes again.

Hi dtc,

I had the same problem.

I found the way to correct that

it was the driver update for the ATI RADEON series.

I rolled back to the previous version of the driver (5-10_xp-2k_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_27256) and now all are running perfectly.
