Creeping Full-Screen Windows

Hi there,
I'm using Dexpot 1.6.14, Build 2439 on an HP Envy laptop running Windows 10 with an additional external monitor.
I'm experiencing a problem that I haven't seen when running Dexpot on any other machine:
If I have a window (typically Chrome) open full screen on my laptop and switch to another desktop, when I switch back, that full-screen window has moved up a couple of pixels. Switch away and back again, and it's moved some more. This makes the title bar disappear beyond the top of the screen in pretty short order.
My screen capture program can't get the very top of the screen, but here's my best shot at capturing this problem:
(Note that when the animation turns black it means I've switched to a different desktop, and that when I return, the elements on the screen have moved up slightly).
This happens only on my laptop monitor, and doesn't matter if it's set as the primary or secondary monitor. Both screens are set to switch when I change desktops.
Anyone have an idea of what might be going on?
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: I have verified that this ONLY happens with Chrome. I can't get it to happen with random other apps.
