autoswitching desktop

i tried all settings and this issue bug me for already a year.
this is what i try to achieve
i want to open desktop 2 (settle). and if i was idle and the screen saver run (settle) i want it to lock out (settle) from the account and request windows lock in passcode (settle)
however, i want that when i put my pin code to gain access, the dexpot should bring me back to desktop 1 which is my default. (not settle)
can you help me. i do hope you understand me. coz eng is not my first language.
