Windows are syncing across all desktops

When I first installed Dexpot some time ago, what I liked the most was that I could have different windows in different screens. I just installed it on my PC (Windows 7 64 bit) and for some strange reason, whenever I open a window, it appears in the taskbar throughout all my other screens! It's like I have 4 copies of the same screen instead of four different, exclusive screens. What should I do?
