Cannot switch language

Dexpot is using the German language but does not allow this to be changed. In the Einstellungen dialog the Sprache pulldown list is empty and the 'info' button next to it is disabled. How can I overcome this in order to choose the English language?

Looks like the language files are missing. Try re-installing Dexpot.
